Owner
Matthew Johnson
Matthew is the Owner of Stars and Stripes Cleaning LLC. After serving in the U.S. Army for 6 years and earning a degree in business and marketing, Matthew spent time working in Corporate America, where he gained valuable experience as a manager and leader. He decided to bring those skills home and use them to build a business from the ground up while continuing his passion for serving the community.
Known for his professionalism, creativity, leadership, and always having a smile, Matthew is a driving force behind the growing Stars and Stripes Cleaning team.
Born and raised in York County, Matthew is a proud father of five, who he considers his entire world. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his children and coaching local football. Football has always been a huge passion of his!
We are incredibly grateful to have Matthew as our owner and leader, and we’re proud of everything he continues to build for our team and community.

Sarah Wiseman
Office Manager
Sarah is the Office Manager at Stars and Stripes Cleaning LLC, helping keep our daily operations running smoothly while making sure our clients receive the exceptional service they deserve. Sarah graduated from high school two years early and began working full-time after completing her business pathway, showcasing her strong work ethic and dedication from an early age.
Before joining Stars and Stripes Cleaning, Sarah worked in home care office settings, where she developed valuable skills in customer service, communication, organization, marketing, and critical thinking. She brings those skills to our team every day, helping us connect with clients, grow our business, and provide the best experience possible.
Outside of work, you can often find Sarah watching football or baseball, playing with her two dogs, or spending time with family. We’re so grateful to have her as part of the Stars and Stripes Cleaning family!

All of our cleaners went through extensive interviews to ensure they are a good fit for our team. All cleaners are fully vetted with local, state and federal background checks. Upon hire, our cleaning team goes through extensive hands-on training to guarantee proper cleaning and use of products.
