Matthew Johnson
Matthew is the Owner of Stars and Stripes Cleaning LLC. After serving in the US Army for 6 years and then obtaining a business and marketing degree-- he decided to work for "Corporate America". After obtaining those skills as a manager and leader, Matthew decided to apply those talents to not only start a business from the ground up-- but to serve the community once more with a cleaning business.
Professionalism to a tee, great creativity and never without a smile, Matthew is a true asset to the growing Stars and Stripes Cleaning LLC team.
Matthew was born and raised here in York County. He has 5 children, which he considers his 'world' and loves to spend time with them. Outside of that he is a local football coach. Football has always been a tremendous passion of his.

Does Matthew have any pets? Yes! Matthew has a Bernese Mountain Dog named Astrid and a Gray & White Tuxedo Cat named Miss Kitty!

Office Manager
Sarah Wiseman
Sarah is the Office Manager at Stars and Stripes Cleaning LLC. Sarah graduated from High School 2 years early, and began working full time after completion of her business pathway. Sarah has previously worked in home care office settings, and has brought her strong skills of customer service, marketing and critical thinking to our team!
Sarah was born and raised in Maryland, and recently moved to Pennsylvania. Sarah always has a smile on her face and is ready to take on anything!
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys playing with her Corgi, Jasper, and making her gardens full of flowers

Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Abby Mathiot
Abby is our Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Stars and Stripes Cleaning LLC. Upon graduating from high school, Abby pursued a Marketing degree with a minor in Social Media Theory! Abby has recently brought her strong skills of customer service, marketing and knowledge on all things social media to our team!
Abby was born and raised in Lancaster, PA with her mother and father. Abby also coaches competitive cheerleading!
In her free time, Abby enjoys crocheting, sewing, reading and hanging out with her friends.
We are very grateful to have Abby as a part of our team and we are excited to watch her grow and succeed with our business!

All of our cleaners went through extensive interviews to ensure they are a good fit for our team. All cleaners are fully vetted with local, state and federal background checks. Upon hire, our cleaning team goes through extensive hands-on training to guarantee proper cleaning and use of products.
